Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: The “Win a Trip for 1 to the Canadian Rockies Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal U.S. & Canada Residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Intrepid Travel, and their respective, affiliated companies, vendors, advertising/promotion companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void in NY, FL, RI, AZ and where prohibited. Odds of winning the prize offered will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Timing: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 8, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT, on October 18th 2011 (the “Promotion Period”).
To Enter: No cost to enter. Paid attendees of the Meet, Plan, Go! October 18, 2011 event will be entered into the drawing. After you have fully completed the entry form and submitted the required information, you will be automatically entered into the Promotion. Limit: only one entry per person during the Promotion Period. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Prize: There is One (1) Grand Prize being offered, consisting of a 10-day/9-night trip for 1 on Intrepid’s Classic Canada. Prize package includes hostel/cabin accommodations (multi share), some meals (some breakfasts & dinners), as well as private transportation and a guide while on the trip. Prize Conditions: Winner must redeem the prize travel package within one (1) year from date prize is awarded. If winner is unable to redeem the package within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. The package is subject to availability and blackout dates. Prize may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. Prize valid on new booking only and cannot be applied to existing bookings. Standard booking conditions apply. Request must be placed no less than sixty (60) days prior to requested departure date. Winner must obey local laws and regulations. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to food/beverages, airfare, travel insurance, passports, visas and other documents related to foreign travel, personal charges at lodging, telecommunication charges, security fees, taxes, gratuities, or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining documents necessary for international travel, i.e. passports (if applicable). Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. No substitution, assignment or transfer of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize, if applicable.
